ABOUT US
Despite the "deregulation" of the transportation industry over the past several years and the resulting tariff "simplification," carriers continue to overcharge their customers through freight bill rating errors and the collection and retention of duplicate payments. At the same time, Associated Traffic Services, through our before payment (pre-audit) and after payment (post-audit) freight bill audit services, has continued to correct freight errors before they are paid and to discover freight bill overcharges. We also assist our clients in reducing and controlling their freight costs by providing them with freight management reports using data from their freight bills and by providing them with our logistics consulting services and transportation software. We maintain memberships in the following national transportation organizations:
National Industrial Transportation League
NASSTRAC
Transportation and Logistics Council California Trucking Association
Association for Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy Some of our satisfied clients, many of whom have used our services for over 25 years, include: Capitol Records Makita USA Rain Bird Corporation Sanyo Fisher Toyota Motor Distributors | LEGAL NEWS
SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD DECIDES UP CHLORINE MATTER Earlier today (June 11, 2009) the Surface Transportation Board (STB) issued its decision in STB Finance Docket No. 35219.
